Target Candidates

Employees working directly with food or drink who need certification as part of compliance – the programme should be repeated annually and a short practical should also be completed annually.

 

Training and Assessment

Training is on-line and takes 1 – 2 standard learning hours. Assessment is by an on-line knowledge test where the required mark is 80% and employees have multiple chances to pass.
