Ger Galvin is an experienced Food & Drinks industry practitioner and is approved by FDQ (Food & Drinks Qualifications) to deliver certified programmes in Food Safety and HACCP. Since the 1990’s Ger has been delivering Food Safety and HACCP programmes to large, medium and craft scale businesses in the retail, hospitality and manufacturing sectors. Ger has also implemented HACCP systems in all these sectors and continues to provide consultancy and support to many of these companies.
Level 1 Food Safety & HACCP (Half Day – General)
For people employed in the Food industry sector including all staff in hospitality, manufacturing or retail.
This programme covers the basics of Hygiene, Food Safety, HACCP and Allergens.
Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP (1 Day – Food Handlers)
For people employed in the Food industry sector (hospitality, manufacturing or retail), specifically those that come in direct contact with food ie. kitchen staff and food handlers.

Ger is based in Waterford and will travel to your premises to carry out training. Note – Any of our half day programmes can be combined with other compliance training (ie. manual handling or Health & Safety) to help maximize training efficiency.
